Overland Park Weddings
Set the stage for an unforgettable wedding in one of our KC Elevated Event Space ballrooms. Our event space, located inside the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Overland Park-West, features two elegant ballrooms to choose from. In addition, we have plenty of space for your rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony. We are conveniently located off I-35 inside the Holiday Inn Overland Park, Kansas - West, just 20 min away from Kansas City, MO.
Rehearsal Dinner
Host one last party before the main event. Choose casual or formal, themed or no theme for your rehearsal dinner at KC Elevated Event Space. Invite family, members of the wedding party, and out-of-town guests to join you for dinner. For variety choose a dinner option opposite of what you might do at your main event. Add a special attraction like a fondue station or special mixed drink for your guests.
Wedding Ceremony
Join two hearts together as one during your wedding ceremony hosted in one of our event rooms. We provide standard chairs set up, and a stage, as well as a complimentary microphone for your officiant. From ceremony to reception, create a seamless flow for your big day when you host ceremony and reception all in the same venue.
Wedding Reception
Choose from two different ballrooms complete with a dance floor, to celebrate your wedding. Our Sunset Ballroom is located on the 8th floor and is perfect for up to 225 guests with large windows and a great view. The Kansas Ballroom can seat up to 325. You'll receive complimentary use of our ballroom projectors, projection screens, and microphone. Add a kids corner or a feature a chocolate fountain for something extra special.
Wedding Catering
Start the evening out with appetizers and drinks passed by members of our professional event staff. Host a cash bar or craft a specialty drink to serve to your guests. Treat the wedding party to a champagne toast. Give your guests buffet or plated dinner options they will remember. Schedule a complimentary tasting with our chef to help you determine your best meal options. Our servers will cut and serve your cake for no additional fee.
Dedicated Room Block
Depending on availability and the size of your wedding, we will reserve the appropriate number of rooms. Guests should call and make their own reservations. All reservations must be made three weeks prior to the wedding to receive the special group rate!
Wedding Day Amenities
Our dedicated event staff will assist you with every detail, including decorations, catering, and tidying up afterward, leaving you to enjoy your family and guests. Day of amenities include;
