KC Elevated Event Space has multiple event rooms that can fit any size event from large to small. If you can plan it we can host it in one of our event rooms. With a full-service event venue, our experienced event staff can assist with set up including decor, catering, and teardown, leaving you to enjoy your family and guests. We are conveniently located inside the Holiday Inn Overland Park West just 20 min from Kansas City, Mo.
Baby Shower
Several of our individual breakout rooms are perfect for hosting a baby shower, baptism celebration, graduation party or any small gathering from 10 - 120 people. You bring the theme, games, and decor and we will assist with executing it in our space. Choose specific menu items to compliment your theme. Add a specialty dessert or candy table. You will receive complimentary cake cutting service.
Birthday Parties
Whether you're celebrating your child's 1st birthday, grandma's 90th, or throwing a surprise party let your guests stretch out in one of our 13 different event rooms. KC Elevated Event Space is full service which means you don't have to worry about setup, or cleaning up afterwards. Just bring your decor and we will take care of the rest so you can enjoy your event.
Quinceaños
KC Elevated Event Space is the perfect spot to host your Quinceañera. Our event space, located inside the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Overland Park-West, features two elegant ballrooms to choose from for up to 325 guests.
